Includes sites like our southwestern fountain and ruins of the original 1930's ranch house.

Up to Four Hours to Decorate

Bring in your decor and decorate your way!

5 & 1/2 Hours for Your Reception/Event

Maximum of 125 guests. Ending no later than 11pm.

Tables, Chairs & White Linens

Includes set-up and break-down of our tables, chairs and linens.

Covered Patio

Includes 4 cocktail tables.

Professional Beverage Service

Bartenders are included and happy to help out with anything.

*Bartenders will put out a tip jar.

*Non-alcoholic weddings/events will pay an additional $3 per guest and tip jars will be removed.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages Provided

Soda, lemonade, and water. Cups and ice are provided.

Provide your own alcohol and mixers and we will serve them!

Free Parking

Parking lot can accommodate up to 100 cars.

Add a Ceremony to this packaging for $500 

Includes an additional 1/2 hour of event time, white folding chairs set on the lawn or patio, 1 hour rehearsal on Friday prior to your wedding, and a getting ready room.

Price

$6,145 for the first 50 guests and $38 per guest for every guest over the first 50 guests & up to a total of 125 guests
